A couple of review requests for EPEL

Someone from Harvard university asked for some OCaml packages to be
added to EPEL (4).  Unfortunately two of the packages he wants are
review requests still for Fedora (once since last month, once since a
few days ago).

I'm willing to swap these with anyone who is waiting on reviews:
