testing -> stable move for EPEL4 *and* EPEL5 prepared, details inside

Hi all!

I prepared the next testing -> stable move for EPEL4 and EPEL5. Yes, you 
read correctly: as discussed on the list and on FUDCon we'll to the 
moves for EPEL4 and EPEL5 at the same time of the month now (e.g. around 
the 1st each month). If that's not okay for you please yell -- these is 
still a bit time left to change that.

I will actually do the move at round about 20080701 at 5:00 UTC (e.g. 
Tuesday morning CEST).

If one of your packages is in the attached "tobemoved-(s,)rpms-{4,5}" 
list and you don't want it moved please tell me soon or it'll be to late ;-)
