Forgot to mention that you can use the $packagename-owner@ aliases directly, 
no need to look them up from pkgdb/fas.

    --queryformat "%{SOURCERPM}\n" fuse | \
    perl -pe 's/^(.+?)-[^-]+-[^-]+$/\1-owner\@fedoraproject.org/' | sort -u
