There are two types of groups in the EPEL comps files.

1) Groups that don't exist in RHEL, that are included in the EPEL comps
file to extend RHEL. The 'Electronic Lab' group falls into this category.
2) Groups that (theoretically) exist in RHEL, that are included in the
EPEL comps file so that additional packages could be made availabe in
that group. ('text-internet' is an example.)

Nearly all of the groups in comps-el6.xml that are intended for case #2
are wrong, as the group structure changed in RHEL 6.
