Packages in RHEL-5 missing from RHEL-6

Hi all,

Some key audio packages appear to be missing from RHEL-6, even though
they are in RHEL 5 (not in EPEL):

e.g. attempting to build libfishsound, I get the following error in EL-6:

DEBUG No Package Found for flac-devel
DEBUG 1:doxygen-1.6.1-3.el6.x86_64
DEBUG No Package Found for libvorbis-devel
DEBUG 1:pkgconfig-0.23-9.1.el6.x86_64
DEBUG No Package Found for speex-devel
DEBUG No Package Found for libsndfile-devel
DEBUG No Package Found for liboggz-devel

libsndfile is in EPEL and I've requested an EL-6 branch, and I
maintain liboggz, so I'll request EL-5 and EL-6 branches, but flac,
libvorbis and speex really should be there. Is the dist-6E-epel target
misconfigured, or the packages are really not there?

On EL-5 only liboggz is missing (this can be added to EPEL)

DEBUG 0:flac-devel-1.1.2-28.el5_0.1.i386
DEBUG 1:doxygen-1.4.7-1.1.i386
DEBUG 1:libvorbis-devel-1.1.2-3.el5_4.4.i386
DEBUG 1:pkgconfig-0.21-2.el5.i386
DEBUG 0:speex-devel-1.0.5-4.el5_1.1.i386
DEBUG 0:libsndfile-devel-1.0.17-2.el5.i386
DEBUG No Package Found for liboggz-devel
