Update Information:
This myproxy update includes two bug fixes: * The myproxy-server no longer
leaves zombie processes behind. * The start up script for myproxy-server was
non compliant. Calling the start method on a started myproxy-server now returns
[OK.

Routines for manipulating stashes

Update Information:
Manipulating stashes (Perl's symbol tables) is occasionally necessary, but
incredibly messy, and easy to get wrong. This module hides all of that behind a
simple API.
