I filed a Fedora engineering Services ticket to help package up
python-genshi06 for EPEL6 prior to EL6 launch. If this can be packaged
up to run parallel with the existing python-genshi in EL6 then we can
bring trac-0.12 in. If you have time or desire, please work on it!
