Which can't be the full story, because accurate Obsoletes would have
prevented this broken dep already. Perhaps they've messed up the EVR range
of the Obsoletes tag?

Additional Provides would not be necessary (and would be incorrect
actually, for a feature that got removed and _not_ moved from one
package to another).
