Fedora EPEL 6 updates-testing report

How long does it take before these packages are available to the mock
environment used when I try to build a package using

 koji build --scratch dist-6E-epel some-package-srpm

I am trying to build a package that depends on the two above and it's
failing because they are not (yet) available in the mock environment setup by
koji.
