Update Information:

The package has had a general clean-up, and in particular the License tag now correctly shows "GPL version 2, or Artistic" rather than "GPL version 2 or later, or Artistic".

For the Fedora (not EPEL) updates, the package no longer claims to provide the `Parse::Yapp::Driver` module - the old-style provides filtering was working OK in EPEL.
