ln -f 6/i386/epel-release-* epel-release-6.rpm

The wiki give a link to the repoview page.
This will allow to also use a permanent link
There is a lot of tuto using something like:
yum install
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
Search epel-release on google
You will find entry with 6-3, 6-4, 6-5, ...
