Update Information:

This is the same as the f16/f17 builds, except these are for el5 and el6.
The version increase is partly (to -10) for f18-rebuild, and the -11 is because of two small changes to the spec file (rm -rf %{buildroot} in %install and BuildRoot set explicitly)
