Updating git in EPEL-5 to 1.8.2.1

This is a heads up and a request for testing of git-1.8.2.1 on el5 (if 
anyone here is still using git from EPEL there).

This update obsoletes an ealier 1.8.1.4 update that didn't get 
announced here.  I don't believe there are any changes from the 
current 1.7.4.1 release that would make this unacceptable for EPEL, 
but I could always be wrong.
