RFC: Rethinking EPEL at FUDcon Lawrence 2013

So, I have added a proposed session to the fudcon page for epel
roundtable. 

I don't know when it will get scheduled, but whenever it is, I will try
and have some folks on irc (#epel) to help communicate the discussions
back and forth for people unable to attend. 

One thing that would be very helpful IMHO, would be if someone could
gather the various ideas in this thread and summarize them on a wiki
page or email. I can try and do this if no one else can. 

Hopefully at fudcon we can hash out some proposals to in turn bring
back to the list and see if we can reach consensus. 

Sorry this whole process is taking so long...
