[et-mgmt-tools] Error Installing virtinst-0.103.0

Hi Guys,

I wanna to upgrade my virt-manager, so I've compiled the latest
version (virt-manager-0.4.0), but when im upgrading the
virtinst-0.103.0, i got some errors...

When I run the script autobuild.sh, I got the follow errors:
