[et-mgmt-tools] koan not grabbing updated ks.cfg from cobbler server after a botched kickstart?

That's what I had to do in the end.  I thought I was doing the lazy 
repair by rerunning it, but sounds like that is the correct approach. 
At least I learned something while poking around.  :)
