No. Only RHEL-5 or Fedora Core 5 & later are currently supported. In the
next release we'll also support Suse 10 based distros. And when RHEL-4.5
comes out, we'll support that too. 

There isn't any supported RHEL-3 paravirt kernel, so you'll have to do
a full virt install for that.
