[et-mgmt-tools] virt-manager 0.3.0 can't see inactive vms?

Hi Dan,

Yeah that would be great, especially if you could change the title of
the main window so it has a "[Read only]" suffix if running as
non-root/read only mode. It took a while for me to figure out what was
happening without the console output...
