[et-mgmt-tools] Typo on cobbler page

Possible bug: when installing 0.4.2 using the above instructions, I don't
get a sample /var/lib/cobbler/settings file?

# ls -l /var/lib/cobbler/settings
ls: /var/lib/cobbler/settings: No such file or directory
