[et-mgmt-tools] cft version 0.1.0

Hi,

I just made the very first release of cft [1], the config file tracker.
This version supports almost all the types that puppet understands
natively, except for cron, sshkey and package.

Doing some sort of package support will be the focus for the next
release, i.e. understanding what package operations the sysadmin has
made.
