[et-mgmt-tools] RESOLVED-Xen guest not receiving dhcp address

FWIW

The issue disappeared when we were able to resolve an issue with DNS.

No change... Even if I also try the xenbr0 bridge as well

Other devices in the network are receiving ip addresses with no problem.

Try to turn off TCP checksum offload

  ethtool -K eth0 tx off

In the Dom0. If that doesn't work, try the bridge device in Dom0 too
