Proprietry, binary only kernel modules have no place in Fedora or RHEL, so
not gonna happen here. There's 3rd parties without connection to Fedora or
RHEL who provide add-on packages who may have them.

The Fedora approach is to assist & encourage development of open source 
drivers for ATI (avivo driver) and NVIDIA (nouveau driver)
