[et-mgmt-tools] SVN / CVS intagration w/ profiles

I meant to say can't say:

cobbler profile add --name=x --distro=y --kickstart=svn://x@y:/my/file

I agree its trivial if I do a checkout. Maybe that makes more sense
anyway because you'd be making a local copy anyway in
/cobbler/kickstarts/<profile>/ks.cfg.

So, six of one, half dozen of the other.
