[et-mgmt-tools] virt-manager on FC6

Urm, what's wrong with just 'yum install virt-manager' which gets you the
correct dependancies in the first place. FC6 already has 0.4.0 release
of virt-manager.  If you want Xen 3.1 too, then F7 has that built in too
