[et-mgmt-tools] [PATCH] Add MAC address setting for virt-manager

Hi

The attached patch adds MAC address setting to virt-manager.
MAC address can set when it creates VM and it adds a network device.
Also, the user can choose whether a MAC Address is fixed or automatic setup.

This patch considers MAC address confliction.
