[et-mgmt-tools] Koan on RHEL3 -- fixed

As pointed out on IRC, koan wasn't working on RHEL3 (missing a module, 
etc), so I've updated the source RPM to get things working again.

If you have koan 0.6.3 already, this is basically the same, so there is 
no point in upgrading to 0.6.3-3 unless you want to use
"koan --replace-self" on EL3.
