Nevermind, brain freeze :). I deleted all the cobbler www 
subdirectories which caused it to get confused. I guess I 
thought, like some of the files in /var/lib/cobbler (repos, 
distros, systems, profiles), things would get regenerated as 
needed.

And the name repeat thing, obviously that is how it names it 
for the distros/profiles.

So, no need for a response. Sorry for the noise.
