[et-mgmt-tools] virt-manager japanese translation at Fedora 8

I have one question about virt-manager on Fedora 8.
At this moment, Fedora 8 includes change set 633.
http://hg.et.redhat.com/virt/applications/virt-manager--devel

Hyugabaru translation(cset 635) is already commited to virt-manager tree.
But its translation is not included in Fedora 8.
Is his translation planned to include on Fedora 8 Release?
Since his work is purposed for Fedora 8.
