[et-mgmt-tools] virt-manager crash

The error is from Xen and IIRC in this case it indicates that hotplug 
isn't working (surprise, surprise).

Take a look at /var/log/xen/xend.log, xend-debug.log and see if you see 
any further messages which might help to diagnose this.
