You shouldn't have removed the IA64 statement.   Cobbler ships elilo as 
part of it's config, so the file
is present and won't hurt anything unless you have systems tagged as 
"ia64".   Put it back :)

bootloaders:
    ia64: /var/lib/cobbler/elilo-3.6-ia64.efi
    standard: /usr/lib/syslinux/pxelinux.0
