[et-mgmt-tools] Create custom boot image for cobbler pxe boot

Can you repost this to kickstart-list at redhat.com?

Basically you need to rebuild the installer initrd to include the e1000 
driver, though this isn't quite the correct list for that as this is 
more of an installer question.
