[et-mgmt-tools] [Patch] Make Host windows About to show about information

Hi there,

Please help to review this little patch, since when I run virt-manager 
0.4.0 at Solaris, I find About in Host will not work,  seems it's trying 
to show help infor when select About, but in fact there is no help 
infor. for it, and I think it should link to about information, so I add 
the attached patch...
