iTerm handles things much better i can see things perfectly now

BUT - why is there always a but!!

At random points during the install the virt machine crashes with output 
like the below, it does not happen at the same time everytime but the 
installer never gets past 50% - Any clues as to what i can do to avoid 
this crash?
