[et-mgmt-tools] DHCP Troubleshooting

	When I got that was because my client has an invalid mac address,
but your's looks ok, try changing mac address (if you can) on your client
with ifconfig eth0 hw ether 00:01:02:03:04:05 and then run dhclient eth0
to check if this does the trick, if so, will look into clearing leases and
host entries to make it start from zero.
