We've talked about it here and on IRC some.    There is extra limited 
support for authorization in there now, but there are a few patches in 
the works that will make this easier, and I want to do some overhauling 
before I make that the permanent.

Currently I'm in the process of cleaning up the authentication system.  
The current authz system may then be taken out back and shot, and 
sometime after then we can look at doing user ownership of objects (like 
profiles and/or systems) properly.
