[et-mgmt-tools] Cobbler cobbler-0.8.0-1.el5 not importing 64bit RHEL 4.6 properly

I also confirmed in version cobbler-0.8.2-1 this "unexpected quirk" also manifests itself. I compiled from srcrpms this version instead of downloading from EPEL as with the version before.
