[et-mgmt-tools] [PATCH] virt-manager: option to connect to hypervisor at start up

The attached patch adds an option to virt-manager to specify whether 
to connect to a hypervisor at startup. The option is working, I just
haven't fully decided where to put the ui. The current patch lists
an option in the popup menu when right clicking a connection, and
an option in the connection details window. 

I'm thinking using just the details window is probably the way to go
since this would assumably be a one time option, therefor not needing
to be in a menu every time you right click a connection.

Screenshots attached as well. Any feedback is welcome.
