Linux rescue CD's are pretty easy -- just take the kernel/initrd from
them and do a "cobbler distro add" on them, and make sure the tree is
available on the network. These basically prompt for where the tree is,
so I'm not sure if you can feed them a kickstart to get them to ignore
that prompt. Someone else probably knows :)

Knoppix can be made to work through similar means so it would be
possible to make Cobbler like it.
I googled and found this:

Not sure about the HP Stuff. You might want to ask HP if it's possible
to PXE boot that -- if it is, it would work with Cobbler. It may
possibly require a weird "--kopts".

If you get all this working, it would make an excellent article for the
Cobbler Wiki. If you don't have a Fedora account yet, they are easy to
get at https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts -- you'll need that to
log in and add pages.

Hope that helps!
