Hello List, I am trying to untar a 450 MB tar file on ext3 file system, but every time untar (using the command "tar zxvf <filename>) hangs and I see no disk activity. While I use ReiserFS file system I can untar the same file successfully. I am not sure what is missing here. Please Help!!! Many Thanks, Ritesh.
