That's the cool thing about creative solutions--they're not obvious,
until they're there. I believe if the dual logo model works for Debian,
we will find a way to make it work for us.
Strict controls on the other hand cannot work with a community of
volunteers, unless you wish to scare them off.
I would leave the creation of Open Use logo to professionals who
designed the Official Use logo to begin with, and I am certain they can
do a good job at it.
