I would add this:

It's a tool that Red Hat has made available to the world.  It's *not* a 
part of Fedora.

If certain people within Fedora use it for things, then so be it.  Fedora 
contributors use many different tools to do their work.

But the Fedora Project Board doesn't do any official work on 108.
