No, actually, it isn't. The Fedora Packaging Committee is very capable
of determining how to package kernel modules. ;)

The question before the board is simple:

Should Fedora include kernel modules outside of the kernel package? If
yes, we'll go from there, if no, we'll also go from there. :)
