This list certainly is. So is the set of all contributors in FAS.

Oh, I see, it was because I used 'is'. Since we are talking about where
to go from here, I definitely mean the future and not a reiteration of
where we are right now.

Besides, a poll is a poll. It doesn't have to be touted as a vote that
decides all things. It is just a much more accurate way than, "I think
this and, hey guess what, so do most people on the mailing list."
