so let me make sure I understand this correctly.

if I want to do a mock build on my local system using the latest of
everything in all the just-built repos in koji then I can't? that seems
to be a big negative. We should be able to export the repositories koji
uses in mock internally to the outside world. It just needs to have an
http server pointing to a path.

If we can't then it means if someone wants to do a test build of their
srpm before submitting and eating up bandwidth and cpu time, then they
can't?
