F7 was May 31, F8 was Nov 8 (we pushed back a little from the goal of
Oct 31 to have 5.5 months for the release), and F9 should be back to May
1.  That then gets us back on the 6 month schedule that was wanted
without huge differences.

If we do F9 on May 31, then it's almost a 7 month cycle.
