300GB stored on Amazon S3 is $30 to upload it, then $45/month
thereafter.  I haven't wanted to go there, only because it wasn't
clear we could control how many downloads there are from there, at
$0.18/GB for downloads.  Now I see we could limit who would download
the data to some number of people who would be tasked with providing
the bits on demand should there ever be a demand.
