I don't think it says anything about the spins other than the fact that 
there has been a lot uncertainty around the process. I would be ok with 
language selection during boot, assuming the tools do the right things 
and all the languages can fit into a CD. Problem is that it doesn't and 
I can't distribute DVD's quite yet in many places.
