Sorry for my late reply here :(

The slim issue has now been fixed and SELinux was enabled again recently!

Concerning the other apps, it's just the way that this kickstart file 
was partly based on the desktop-default file in the spin-kickstarts 
repo. I think we might well discuss some removals in the near future, 
since there might also be some other stuff we could drop.
