Preview Release Planning Meeting

== Meeting Preface ==
o Meeting to make sure we are ready for the Preview Release and 
coordinate across teams as necessary
o While good ideas may come out of this meeting for how to make Fedora 
better we are not here to make policy or process decisions
    --those should be made in individual teams as part of their regular 
decision making process

   --only current issue of concern is a bug about plymouth and encryption

   --need artwork package preferably today, but no later than tomorrow
o Planning to have release count down graphic ready on Preview Release Day
o Release engineering is accountable for release day announcement, Paul 
volunteered help from the docs group
o Websites team responsible for get.fedoraproject.org--will change name 
from "Beta" to "Preview"
o Reviewed https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/933 and 
confirmed that space considerations are the same
o Docs team will update website with latest version of Install Guide and 
release notes
o Paul is helping with marketing task of loading up USB keys with live 
version of Preview Release and working on distribution via with help 
from Red Hat's PR group.
o Spot spoke in passing about the present number of GA Blocker bugs 
(alias: F10Blocker).  He continues, along with the help of others, to 
keep working this list down
