Planning for Fedora Elections

We didn't discuss it -- but I think we're still well within a
reasonable window to go through the naming process, if it's desirable
to put all the elections together at one time (which I believe it
is).

I know that Josh was working on this last time we talked.  I'll check
in with him and one of us will post back with an update.
